Higher borrowing costs eaten up the Distribution income and thus the dpu payout is lowered at 2.00e cents as compared to 2.25 cents last year. occupancy rate at 96%+ seem improving. I think need to wait foe China side to see some improvement plus 2nd half of 2025 we may see interest rate likely help to lower the financial cost!
