The extreme weather is a valid cause for concernwhich would have huge impact on the country’s infrastructure. Without this bill, how will there be sufficient fund available for remediation and proactive improvements to the infrastructure to withstand future extreme weather? Isn’t it?

Having said that, if the current trend is bearish and uncertain, then do your homework, identify the stocks that you are sure that you want to invest and invest at the right entry point. This is how I will do so, marrying fundamental analysis with technical analysis.
