🌷🌷🌷🐣🥚 Happy Easter holiday to all Tiger friends. Let’s go Easter Egg Hunt at the Garden by the Bay Flower Dome’s Tulipmania. Thanks @Tiger_comments @icycrystal
Smart strategy The Iron Condor. It is a non-directional options strategy used in sideways markets with low volatility to earn from time decay. Cudos to “Captain Condor” — 31-year-old day trader David Chau — a real big whale with his Condor Army of more than 1000 members. With such aggressiveness, he may be the next Roaring Kitty. His trading style is the highly aggressive Martingale strategy. It is extremely difficult to emulate his strategy without a big loyal team of traders. Options trading carries significant risk. One must do due diligence before each trade. Thanks @OptionsTutor @icycrystal @1PC
It is true that generally retail investors tend to avoid high-priced stocks. But from theoretical perspective, a high stock price per share does not mean it is ‘expensive’. It is the sum of money allocated per trade that matters. Buying 1 share of a $1,000 stock that goes up 10% earns $100. Buying 10 shares of a $100 stock with the same 10% gain also earns $100. Thanks @Tiger_comments @icycrystal @TigerGPT @1PC
Buy the Dip or wait for Tariff Clarity? Under the strain of tariffs uncertainty and erratic public policies, the markets have turned volatile with big corrections. Whether Trump fires Powell makes no difference. It is clear now companies with global supply chains, manufacturing abroad, and major exposure to revenue earning in the U.S. are most vulnerable. The automakers incur most tariffs. The financial sector and healthcare services are relatively insulated from Trump’s Tariffs. It will s best to be patient and wait for opportunities to buy into the ‘safe sectors’ during market dips. Invest carefully based on one’s risk tolerance and investment goals. Do not be ‘rashful and aggressive buying’. Do due diligence before each trade. Thanks @
🐣🐣🥚🥚Happy Easter to all my Tiger friends. I will be catching up with family and friends this Easter. May go Genting with some of them. Wish me luck. These are crazy fellows! ♥️♠️♣️♦️😅 Thanks @Tiger_comments @1PC
he Singapore dollar (SGD) has shown remarkable resilience amid the ongoing global economic uncertainty. Strong SGD vs USD brings benefits like cheaper overseas traveling and shopping, and remittances. But strong SGD might hurt it’s manufacturing industry, export and tourism. Amid the world economic crisis, nobody dare to enjoy and ‘shop till drop’. In fact, many are cautious and try to cut down their unnecessary expenses. As unrest rates decline, many are looking for other avenues for higher interest rates. Thanks @Tiger_SG @icycrystal
Gold is still very solid as a safe haven. As long as the US-China tariff tensions remains unsettled, market fear stays at its highest. Any moment China might sell US Treasury assets, pushing yields sharply higher. However, if gold reaches unrealistically high, another steep sell-off could still trigger gold liquidation. Do trade carefully. Do due diligence before each trade. Thanks @Tiger_comments @icycrystal
$Palantir Technologies Inc.(PLTR)$ is a very special stock. It rely on the U.S. Defence Spending which is inflation proof and recession proof. However, it is overpriced now. Market adjustment in its share price will come soon. Thanks @TigerClub @icycrystal
@TigerClub:🎁What the Tigers Say | PLTR: To the Moon or Just Riding the Trump Trade?
The current market fear index remains at its lowest. The effect of the tariffs war is still rippling through out the markets. Markets will continue to be jittery until the final tariff outcomes. Compare to 2018, 2025 is more complicated and recession risks are still hanging over the market. Anything can happen… Thanks @Tiger_comments @icycrystal
Chagee IPO frenzy is building up. Markets are looking up so it is quite sure Chagee will pop and pop on its first day of debut. This undervalued stock has already gathered serious attention from both retail and institutional investors. Many people like its tea culture and artistic packaging. Thanks @Tiger_SG @icycrystal
It does not matter “to stop watching’ or “to stop sleeping”, just “do not stop trading”. Trading now requires minute-by-minute monitoring, as policies and directions can change the next minute. Do due diligence before each trade. Thanks @Tiger_comments @icycrystal
$Chagee Holdings Limited(CHA)$ is going IPO at price range of $26 to $28 per share. Chagee is an upmarket tea cafe chain. It has 6440 tea houses, up 83% year over year. This is a good chance for funds to invest in China amid the trade war. Hopefully it can surpass the 43% big jump of Mixue’s share price on its market debut earlier. Thanks @TigerEvents @icycrystal
The Singapore banks’ stocks have been very badly hit by the crash in U.S. market. The recent rebound might have break the fall but the stocks are still in red today. Low valuations and good historical dividend yields may make the banks stocks look attractive to investors. Do note that with the uncertainties in the present global economy, banks face severe downside earning risks. Do invest diligently and do due diligence before each trade. Thanks @Tiger_SG @icycrystal
Investing in the stock market involves paying close attention to all government policies, market sentiment, and technical analysis. To make money from our stock investment, we need to learn the correct stock investment knowledge and establish a good mindset. Policies are so difficult to predict with a radical head of policy maker around. Market sentiment and technicals added in to complicate the stock markets prediction. We should not let neither fear nor greed take over us in the present market. Invest diligently and do all due diligence before each trade. Good luck to all my Tiger friends. Thanks @TigerEvents @icycrystal
The three U.S. major indexes and most of the global stock indexes show that the markets have momentarily calmed down. It is time for U.S. to go all in if the crash is really over. It is a new day and new order now and we are feeling jittery. We are seeing stock prices going up and worried that we are in the process of missing out on a once in a lifetime chance to make fast gains in a rallying market. This is our greed at play — a desire to get rich quick. We should take a look at the risk indicator before making our big buy. Stock market presently has high level of uncertainty and fear factor. Jumping in to ‘buy the dip’ is extremely dangerous. Thanks @Tiger_comments @icycrystal
$Tesla Motors(TSLA)$ shares price surged 22.69% on 9 April 2025 yesterday. But it is corrected downward by 9% so far today just three hours after market opening. TSLA share price has dropped 40% year on year. It has also moved in so many directions that it is very hard to keep up. Tesla's poor delivery and production stats serve as a proxy for the upcoming earnings call. It is more likely that TSLA's share price could be heading lower. Thanks @1PC@icycrystal@Tiger_comments@TigerStars
Yesterday’s rebound is followed by today’s correction. The countries that refrain from retaliatory measures will get 10%, while China gets 104%. Investors know that the policies uncertainty and market volatility remain. The tariffs will have adverse effect on the economy . Hopefully President pause his tariffs permanently and come up with a better policy plan to make America greet again. Thanks @Tiger_comments @icycrystal @TigerGPT
President Donald Trump’s post on his social media to urge people to buy his company stock is disagreeable. He is really becoming absurd. His high tariffs on China is going to adversely affect the US economy. Short selling has been extremely profitable across the board. Strategically buy the dips on excellent company will pave the way for success once the companies adapt and grow. Thanks @Tiger_comments @icycrystal @TigerGPT
The Singapore government has decided not to impose retaliatory tariffs on the U.S. It is setting up a taskforce to help businesses and workers adapt. The reason is because imposing retaliatory tariffs will definitely lead to increase costs for Singaporeans. Better concentrate on developing good trade agreements with other countries. Thanks @Tiger_SG @icycrystal
