I’m not a person who measured my return but rather on my SG stocks dividend. If it is necessary to report, I would say more than 20% for SG stocks, UT, US ESPP. I contributed the miss due to monthly purchase rather than all in one go in the beginning of the year. When I didn’t buy any stock in any particular month, I will make it up in the following month. If I will to take dividend from SRS purchase into consideration, I have achieved my $36k few months back. Since SRS is future money, I will still classify that I missed my KPI. I always top up $15.3k into my SRS in early January. Thereafter, I will invest in blue-chip stocks. Whenever I received my dividends, I will put on my thinking cap to invest in high risk UTs or into blue-chip stocks. My SRS fund only idles for a few days or a week. Having the growth potential would allow the dividend to increase with time. So, in the longer run, I prefer growth though if I intend to only keep it for less than 3 years, I would choose dividend yield. CICT is still relatively cheap even with the rise of more than 30%. I believe that there is still more room to rise given its strong portfolio with good occupancy and WALE.
