The S&P 500 -- a benchmark for the U.S. economy -- has fallen about 13.3% from its high, putting the index in correction territory. However, some of Wall Street's professional investors still see upside, especially in beaten-down growth stocks. For instance, J. analyst Parker Lane of Stifel Financial has a price target of $150 on Unity Software, implying a 126% upside. Similarly, analyst John Egbert of Stifel has a price target of $36 on Redfin, implying a 223% upside. Given the conviction shown by these analysts, let's take a closer look at both of these stocks. Here's what you should know.1. Unity SoftwareUnity specializes in providing a software suite that allows users to produce real-time, interactive 3D content, the kind of immersive content that instantly responds to user inputs. The company breaks its platform into two segments: Create Solutions and Operate Solutions. The former is a software development engine that allows clients to create and deploy content across more than 20 platforms (e.g. iOS, Android, game consoles). And the latter comprises a suite of tools that help developers engage users and monetize their content through digital advertising and in-app purchases. The breadth of Unity's platform has helped it win clients across a range of industries, including architecture, retail, and film. But its easy-to-use development engine has made it the dominant force in the gaming industry. As of the fourth quarter, over 70% of the top 1,000 mobile games were made with Unity, and 3.9 billion monthly active users consumed content created or operated on its platform -- that's about half of the world's population. Better yet, Unity is also the leading development engine for content for augmented and virtual reality applications, meaning it's well-positioned to be a key player in the multi-trillion-dollar metaverse. In 2021, Unity delivered another strong financial performance, especially on the top line. Its customer retention rate ticked up to 140%, meaning the average customer spend 40% more in the past year. In turn, revenue surged 44% to $1.1 billion. And while Unity posted a negative free cash flow of $153 million, the company is investing aggressively in growth, which seems like a smart move given its $45 billion market opportunity. So could Unity achieve a share price of $150 in the next 12 months? It's certainly possible, but the macroeconomic uncertainty could cause a pullback in consumer spending and ad budgets, both of which would be a headwind for Unity. For that reason, this growth stock is best viewed as a long-term investment.2. RedfinRedfin is a residential real estate brokerage. Its platform connects homebuyers and sellers with agents, and it helps consumers find rental properties. To supplement its core brokerage business, Redfin originates mortgage loans and provides title and settlement services. The company also buys homes directly (i.e. iBuying) and resells them through RedfinNow, giving sellers the benefit of an all-cash offer and a flexible close date. With a typical brokerage, home sellers pay their agent a fee of 2.5% to 3%. But Redfin treats its agents as employees rather than contractors, allowing the company to charge a lower commission of 1% to 1.5%. Redfin also refunds buyers a portion of their commission. That value proposition has made the company a key player in the residential real estate space. In fact, Redfin is the most visited brokerage site on the web, and the company captured a 1.17% market share in the residential real estate space last year.Financially, Redfin's recent results have been somewhat mixed. Average monthly visitors rose 10% to 47 million in 2021, and gross profit jumped 74% to $404 million. That top-line growth was fueled in large part by its $608 million acquisition of rentals marketplace RentPath. However, Redfin's GAAP loss widened to $1.12 per diluted share, and the company generated a negative free cash flow of $329 million.Looking ahead, Redfin benefits from a strong competitive position in a highly fragmented industry. Its ability to simplify real estate transactions should help the company capitalize on its $112 billion addressable market, a figure that only accounts for its core brokerage and iBuying services. To accelerate its adjacent lending business, Redfin acquired Bay Equity Home Loans for $138 million last month. Moreover, the recent addition of rental listings to its portfolio further expands its market opportunity. That bodes well for the future. So could Redfin stock hit $36 in the next 12 months? Perhaps, but it would really need to wow Wall Street with strong quarterly results, which seems unlikely in the current macroeconomic environment. Mortgage rates are rising and U.S. existing home sales are expected to drop 9% this year, according to the National Association of Realtors. For that reason, Redfin is best viewed as a long-term investment.","news_type":1,"symbols_score_info":{"U":0.9,"RDFN":0.9}},"isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":1619,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":0,"langContent":"EN","totalScore":0},{"id":9068913404,"gmtCreate":1651709636867,"gmtModify":1676534953197,"author":{"id":"4111321964877272","authorId":"4111321964877272","name":"Bhel","avatar":"https://static.laohu8.com/default-avatar.jpg","crmLevel":11,"crmLevelSwitch":0,"followedFlag":false,"authorIdStr":"4111321964877272","idStr":"4111321964877272"},"themes":[],"htmlText":"[Miser] [Miser] ","listText":"[Miser] [Miser] ","text":"[Miser] [Miser]","images":[],"top":1,"highlighted":1,"essential":1,"paper":1,"likeSize":1,"commentSize":0,"repostSize":0,"link":"https://ttm.financial/post/9068913404","repostId":"2232277190","repostType":4,"repost":{"id":"2232277190","kind":"highlight","pubTimestamp":1651708865,"share":"https://ttm.financial/m/news/2232277190?lang=en_US&edition=fundamental","pubTime":"2022-05-05 08:01","market":"us","language":"en","title":"2 Growth Stocks With Up to 223% Upside, According to Wall Street","url":"https://stock-news.laohu8.com/highlight/detail?id=2232277190","media":"Motley Fool","summary":"Are these stocks ready for bull runs? For that reason, Redfin is best viewed as a long-term investment.","news_type":1,"symbols_score_info":{"U":0.9,"RDFN":0.9}},"isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":1858,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":0,"langContent":"EN","totalScore":0},{"id":9068913354,"gmtCreate":1651709609044,"gmtModify":1676534953223,"author":{"id":"4111321964877272","authorId":"4111321964877272","name":"Bhel","avatar":"https://static.laohu8.com/default-avatar.jpg","crmLevel":11,"crmLevelSwitch":0,"followedFlag":false,"authorIdStr":"4111321964877272","idStr":"4111321964877272"},"themes":[],"htmlText":"Wow","listText":"Wow","text":"Wow","images":[],"top":1,"highlighted":1,"essential":1,"paper":1,"likeSize":0,"commentSize":0,"repostSize":0,"link":"https://ttm.financial/post/9068913354","repostId":"2233115882","repostType":4,"isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":1545,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":0,"langContent":"EN","totalScore":0},{"id":9068913942,"gmtCreate":1651709603176,"gmtModify":1676534953174,"author":{"id":"4111321964877272","authorId":"4111321964877272","name":"Bhel","avatar":"https://static.laohu8.com/default-avatar.jpg","crmLevel":11,"crmLevelSwitch":0,"followedFlag":false,"authorIdStr":"4111321964877272","idStr":"4111321964877272"},"themes":[],"htmlText":"Wow","listText":"Wow","text":"Wow","images":[],"top":1,"highlighted":1,"essential":1,"paper":1,"likeSize":0,"commentSize":0,"repostSize":0,"link":"https://ttm.financial/post/9068913942","repostId":"2233115882","repostType":4,"isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":2084,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":0,"langContent":"EN","totalScore":0}],"hots":[{"id":9023795976,"gmtCreate":1652960264195,"gmtModify":1676535196528,"author":{"id":"4111321964877272","authorId":"4111321964877272","name":"Bhel","avatar":"https://static.laohu8.com/default-avatar.jpg","crmLevel":11,"crmLevelSwitch":0,"followedFlag":false,"authorIdStr":"4111321964877272","idStr":"4111321964877272"},"themes":[],"htmlText":"[Miser] ","listText":"[Miser] ","text":"[Miser]","images":[],"top":1,"highlighted":1,"essential":1,"paper":1,"likeSize":3,"commentSize":0,"repostSize":0,"link":"https://ttm.financial/post/9023795976","repostId":"1143410236","repostType":4,"repost":{"id":"1143410236","kind":"news","pubTimestamp":1652959535,"share":"https://ttm.financial/m/news/1143410236?lang=en_US&edition=fundamental","pubTime":"2022-05-19 19:25","market":"us","language":"en","title":"Grab Reports Q1 Revenue Growth of 101%, Net Loss Dropped 36% Y/Y","url":"https://stock-news.laohu8.com/highlight/detail?id=1143410236","media":"Seeking Alpha","summary":"Grab (NASDAQ:GRAB): Q1 Net loss of $423M (-36.0% Y/Y) vs. consensus of loss $419.5M.Revenue of $435M","content":"

Grab (NASDAQ:GRAB): Q1 Net loss of $423M (-36.0% Y/Y) vs. consensus of loss $419.5M.

Revenue of $435M (+101.4% Y/Y).

Shares +3% PM.

Adjusted EBITDA loss $287M vs. loss $111M year ago, vs. consensus loss $293.3M.

Gross merchandise value $4.81B, +32% Y/Y.

Monthly transacting users 30.9M, +30% Y/Y.

","collect":0,"html":"\n
\n
\n<meta http-equiv=\"Content-Type\" content=\"text/html; The S&P 500 -- a benchmark for the U.S. economy -- has fallen about 13.3% from its high, putting the index in correction territory. For that reason, Redfin is best viewed as a long-term investment.","news_type":1,"symbols_score_info":{"U":0.9,"RDFN":0.9}},"isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":1858,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":0,"langContent":"EN","totalScore":0},{"id":9067452292,"gmtCreate":1652500446316,"gmtModify":1676535113181,"author":{"id":"4111321964877272","authorId":"4111321964877272","name":"Bhel","avatar":"https://static.laohu8.com/default-avatar.jpg","crmLevel":11,"crmLevelSwitch":0,"followedFlag":false,"authorIdStr":"4111321964877272","idStr":"4111321964877272"},"themes":[],"htmlText":"[Miser] ","listText":"[Miser] ","text":"[Miser]","images":[],"top":1,"highlighted":1,"essential":1,"paper":1,"likeSize":0,"commentSize":0,"repostSize":0,"link":"https://ttm.financial/post/9067452292","repostId":"2235508903","repostType":4,"repost":{"id":"2235508903","kind":"highlight","weMediaInfo":{"introduction":"Dow Jones publishes the world’s most trusted business news and financial information in a variety of media.","home_visible":0,"media_name":"Dow Jones","id":"106","head_image":"https://static.tigerbbs.com/150f88aa4d182df19190059f4a365e99"},"pubTimestamp":1652441594,"share":"https://ttm.financial/m/news/2235508903?lang=en_US&edition=fundamental","pubTime":"2022-05-13 19:33","market":"us","language":"en","title":"Beyond Meat's Jerky Collaboration With PepsiCo Helped Sales but Hurt Margins","url":"https://stock-news.laohu8.com/highlight/detail?id=2235508903","media":"Dow Jones","summary":"Beyond Meat Inc. said revenue got a boost from the launch of Beyond Meat Jerky through a collaborati","content":"

Beyond Meat Inc. said revenue got a boost from the launch of Beyond Meat Jerky through a collaboration with PepsiCo Inc., but making the product hurt margins for the quarter.

"The company's first-quarter results included the launch of Beyond Meat Jerky, which it estimates reduced gross margin by approximately 940 basis points compared to the year-ago period," the earnings release said.

The company said, however, that margins should improve going forward.

"Initially, Beyond Meat Jerky utilizes a complex and high-cost manufacturing process. Manufacturing costs associated with Beyond Meat Jerky are expected to significantly moderate beginning in the second half of 2022 with process optimization.\"See: McDonald's McPlant sandwich, created with Beyond Meat, is 'underperforming' franchisee sales expectations, analysts sayBeyond Meat $(BYND)$ Jerky debuted in March, the first product from the Planet Partnership LLC with PepsiCo $(PEP)$. While Chief Executive Ethan Brown talked up the success of the product on the earnings call, including an appearance on Amazon.com Inc.'s $(AMZN)$ New Releases page, Mizuho analysts say \"the early economics are weak,\" and wonder whether the return on the product will justify the expense.\"We expect H2 economics will improve and distribution will ramp via Pepsi's system, but we question whether the size of the opportunity necessitated a launch amid current economics and the penalty of another negative margin surprise,\" the Mizuho note says.Mizuho quotes Nielsen data showing that U.S. meat snacks are a $4.5 billion business, but says \"it bears watching the extent to which plant-based can make sustainable inroads.\"Mizuho rates Beyond Meat stock neutral with a $21 price target. Also: McDonald's has made the McPlant available across the U.K. and Ireland but no word yet on the U.SBeyond jerky, there were also troubles in the foodservice category.
