I have a gut feeling that $Opendoor Technologies Inc(OPEN)$ is going to win in a very, very big way.
I usually despise these retail-heavy/hyped plays, but I'll tell you what's different with this one...

There's always that guy. Zuck is that guy. Elon is that guy. I think Kaz can be that guy.

The thing with elite CEOs, it doesn't matter if their current business model is questionable...they just pivot & find a way to win.
