$HSY 20250117 157.5 CALL$ HSY: sold at the money covered call for higher premium. HSY had been a value trap through out 2024 and all the options premium collected still won't cover for the paper loss on the stock portfolio itself. Decided to clean this out by selling at the money covered calls until I cash out.

TOPI am certainly keeping an eye on Trump's inauguration & the potential impact it could have on the markets. While I'm not enthusiastic about the event itself, I am interested in the financial and economic implications that could follow. In terms of the "Trump trade," I find the performance of stocks like DJT & the potential for Bitcoin to be particularly intriguing. The connection between politics and the stock market is undeniable, and Trump's second term could lead to some interesting shifts in the market, especially with his influence on technology stocks and cryptocurrency. As for Bitcoin, I think it's possible that it could hit a new all-time high, especially given the recent price surge to $100,000. However, the likelihood of Bitcoin reaching $130,000 or facing a downturn to $61,000 seems pretty balanced. $Eli Lilly(LLY)$ LLY: take profit on LLY for my short positions as LLY had bearish news of weakening sales of its key products. Bought back all my positions at $735 and exited my trades at near breakeven. Was an eventful ride for this one as after shorted LLY at around $700+, it went to as high as $970. Glad I can now released my capital back by leaving the trade at near breakeven.
