$Mapletree Ind Tr(ME8U.SI)$    Mapletree Ind Tr (MIT) - Results is out. DPU increased 1.1 percent to 3.41 cents vs 3.37 cents last year and higher than last quarter 3.36 cents, Fantastic ! Both Gross Revenue and NPI increased at 2% and 2.6% to 177.3m and 133.2m. Borrowing costs seem to have come down a bit. Operating expenses is lowered than last year. With some divestment gains to be equally distributed for next 2 quarters dpu likely remain satisfactory or slightly higher! Awesome! I think nice sets of financial numbers! XD 31st January. One day it's panic buying. Less than 24 hurs later, the reverse happens and people are now crying wolf.  People, don't be fooled. There is heavy manipulation going on and you are being conned. Someone like Huang will not want to risk his reputation and say 15-20 years unless he is very very convinced by that.  Having time to digest what he said about Nividia investing resources to look into Quantum two days after he said it was 15-20 years, he is not contradicting. Nvidia has got billions of excess funds. They can afford to hedge their bet by staking a few millions to look into Quantum and see what happens in 15-20 years. We are different. Eth has been chopping in a range around 3000-4000. Right now we are closing to the bottom of the range which is a buy point for me. Will be buying around the 2800-3050 mark if the opportunity presents itself. I currently own$2X ETHER ETF(ETHU)$  & $iShares Ethereum Trust ETF(ETHA)$  And am currently down. But will average down and hold.

$SoFi Technologies Inc.(SOFI)$   I've been excited about SOFI because of its recent profitability and the government cut announcements which SOFI's business would benefit from.  Additionally, SOFI stock has a fanbase that has been following its news even before it became a popular stock. With the earning day coming closer , I'll be holding on to wait for the next 52 weeks high and cash out before coming back to buy again. It's a stock that I will continue to trade, and if it dips beyond the current average, I'll hold and DCA as I know the stock will do well long term. 

PDD Holdings (PDD), aka Temu has big institution  buying and volume is coming in huge. Volume very strong. Anyone shorting will be swept away by the tsunami wave . This is power buying.  China has announced it is increasing minimum wages which should boost productivity. China already has a reputation of being hard working. Chinese people have high saving rate, so it should not be inflationary.  Paying higher wages will stimulate the economy. Some of the benefits include low turnover and staff retention. Employee morale goes up while employee sickness goes down, staff turnover is hugely expensive: not just the downtime of the production line but obviously also the training costs: even the search costs to find them. It can indeed be cheaper to pay work

$ST Engineering(S63.SI)$   ST Engineering bull up to 4.8 when market opened. It was terrific, but was short-lived. Nevertheless it broke the previous All Time High 52wks record. Hope that it will continue its strong run progressively in view of the following report from RHB:  -Singapore Technologies Engineering's 2024-2026 profit growth is likely to be strong, RHB Research's Shekhar Jaiswal says in a research report.
