$ADBE 20250228 485.0 CALL$ Opened new Covered Call option after 1 expired last Friday. Looking at the technical momentum this strike may be breached comes end of next week when this option expires. It is however heading towards the 150EMA, which may act as a temporary resistance. It is also coherent to the resistance side of a bullish channel the share price has been trending within since it's swing low back in mid Jan. $NVDA 20250620 100.0 PUT$ Took profit for 2x NVDA 100 puts since its > 50% profit over 2-3 weeks. This was a good trade. My only regret is that I didn't have more of them @ the same strike with higher premium. However that was part of risk management. Happy to take profit no matter what. I don't want to wait another 4 months for the rest of the premium to erode so will be looking at new positions and opportunities to trade NVDA again.

$UNH 20250221 485.0 PUT$ UNH has pulled back almost 6% the past 2 trading sessions, of which yesterday alone was -4.35%. While manage to fetch a better premium compared to if would have opened this contract last Friday, this contract is still a tad too early into the trade as the share price dips a fair bit further. Anyway, while the $500 level is a strong support , with this gap down, there's a possibility that UNH may try test the previous swing low at $485 level. $UNH 20250221 485.0 PUT$ which is where have place the strike at. Will probably pick up the underlying if do given assignment of the shares if the strike is breached at expiration.

We saw the major U.S. equities indices experiencing some fluctuation during the Tuesday’s session before it ended higher to some small gains after the first market session after the Presidents Day.
