After a 40% Weekly Surge, Ether Poised as a Barometer of Market Sentiment
Last week, our article mentioned the possibility of Ether experiencing a catch-up rally, which could serve as a supplementary signal for the current market rebound peaking. However, Ether’s actual performance was far beyond expectations. In just a few trading days, Ethereum rebounded more than 40% from its recent lows. This short squeeze indicates that the strength or weakness of this asset will impact not only the crypto sector but also confidence across all risk assets. In other words, the current rebound is unlikely to truly end until Ether’s upward momentum stalls.Given Ethereum’s inherently higher volatility compared to conventional market assets, a 40% single-week surge is rare and typically only seen during bull markets. While short squeezes can occur in bottoming phases as well, th

MSTR is all the way up, time to consider shorting?
Strategy is the largest holder of Bitcoin, and its shares have gained 7.63% in the past week. This rise was largely due to an increase in the price target at Mizuho Securities. Mizuho Securities analyst Dan Dolev raised his price target to $563 from $515 and maintained a "buy" rating. The upgrade follows Strategy's first-quarter earnings release. Although the earnings report showed Strategy's revenue decline and a loss per share due to the appreciation of Bitcoin, the earnings report still highlighted the company's aggressive Bitcoin acquisition Strategy and improved future earnings targets. The company's recent purchase of 1,895 Bitcoin pieces for about $180.3 million has boosted investor confidence. $BANNERMAN ENERGY LTD(BMN.AU)$ The comeback kid! What do you think? More room to fly? Looking at its charts, RSI indicator is still alright, however in the 3rd chart, which is URA, index for uranium, its secondary chart for RSI indicator is in an oversold position. This brings us to an interesting point. The recent revival of BMN is obviously due to the recovering spot price of uranium itself. For BMN then, even though the RSI indicator is still humming along, I expect a healthy correction to take place. The price just couldn't keep going up. It needs a breather for the price to be healthy. Anyway, its double bottom target has long being surpassed. If you are not in position, you can wait for the pull back before taking a position.
