Sadly, I don’t have any friends who work in these companies. I would love to know what is so amazing about these companies that allowed them to become best employers. I do know some of the technology companies offer perks such as free meals, games within office, flexible working hours but I think a great employer goes beyond providing all these. There must be something they are doing right to build the desirable work culture. Having been to Apple Store recently, I think it helps that they have sufficient manpower so that their employees don’t feel that they are squeezed dry everyday at work.
