There is no rollout of FSD to Europe or China. Europe won't allow it and has rather strict laws as to when it comes to ADAS.

China is only allowing NOA (navigation on autopilot), as many Tesla fanboys always point out when autopilot crashes (like in the recent YouTube video) that it's not FSD.

Let's also keep in mind that FSD is stagnant in its improvement and stuck at less than 500 miles per severe incident. Humans drive 70,000 miles between severe incidents which the Head of Autonomous Driving at Tesla has said himself.
