I’d wait for confirmation above $92 rather than chase the first rebound. INTC’s 4% rise and heavier trading activity are encouraging, but an oversold bounce is much easier to achieve than a genuine trend reversal.

For me, the key signal is not simply crossing $92.09, but holding above it with strong volume and follow-through over subsequent sessions. That would make $100 the next psychological level worth watching. A rejection at $92 followed by a loss of the $86 area would instead suggest the rally was mainly technical.

Longer term, I care more about Intel’s execution than RSI or MACD: foundry customers, manufacturing yields, margins and evidence that heavy investment can eventually generate attractive returns.

So my view: cautiously bullish above $92 with confirmation, neutral at $86–$92, and much more cautious below $86. 🐯

Intel's Outlook Craters — Is the PC Slump Getting Worse?
Intel fell 3.62% Thursday, then plunged 23.00% after hours on weak Q4 guidance. Q3 revenue of $16.5B missed estimates, while adjusted EPS of $0.41 slightly beat. Q4 guidance of $15B–$16B revenue and $0.25 EPS trailed forecasts. An Israeli facility accident may cut revenue by $300M and gross margin by 200 basis points. Data-center revenue surged 78%, but PC revenue fell 5%. Across Intel, Dell, HP, and Super Micro, which will first signal PC demand has stabilized?
