I think in this century, those insiders start to trade on the rumor which make the stock price up or down by a significant %. Retailers are always the last one to enter because they only enter after the official news released and that's the moment when all the big investors or sharks start to harvest their profit. Therefore, we need to make the right choice especially on this strategy.
