Over time there would be turbulence in the progress of the business model due to politics, regulatory, chip supplies and market sentiment.  However I am taking a long term bullish position. $NVIDIA(NVDA)$   I'm bullish for the long term.  This stock is rather volatile over the past few weeks.  I am selling and rolling weekly OTM covered calls to collect premiums ✌️

$UOB(U11.SI)$   I treat the 3 SG banking shares (DBS, OCBC, UOB) as golden geese that lay golden eggs.   Not only they are strong financially providing steady capital appreciation, they provide regular dividends payout @4-5% YoY.  UOB was seen initially lagging behind the other 2 peers.  It's now catching up and taking its share of the bullish run ✌️

$NVDA 20260522 240.0 CALL$ Was hoping that the share price would be sky rocketing to $240 after earnings announcement. It turned out to be my own wishful thinking.  The share price actually sank 2% right after the earnings announcement.  Nevertheless, am happy to keep the premium and let the wheel strategy continue for another cycle.  

$NVIDIA(NVDA)$  The price had been stagnant for some time.  It's finally moving up rapidly.  Turn on the Wheel Strategy again selling covered call.  

$MAPLETREE INDUSTRIAL TRUST(ME8U.SI)$I am a great fans of Singapore incorporated REITS for their consistent healthy payouts year on year.  It's highly regulated as our government mandates 90% of the net gains to be distributed to the unit holders.  Many of them I accumulated since IPO days.  This is one of them.  Dividend yield currently stands at > 5%, not bad at all.   Watching and awaiting the 'technical buy' signal confirmation to accumulate more 🤗!

$NVIDIA(NVDA)$   My NVDIA shares are still very much intact after selling covered calls repeatedly and collected premiums.  This time, I have sold covered calls for $205 expiring in 2 days.  In a few hours time when NVDIA reports earning, will the price sky rocketing to above $205?  Let's see 🤔!

$NVIDIA(NVDA)$   Last Friday, the share price ended at $187.66.  I thought my covered call of $187.50 then would have been exercised with the shares sold.  To my surprise, my NVDA shares are still intact and continue to be on volatile uptrend.   This week I continue with selling weekly covered calls but raised the strike price to $195 with $3.71 as the premium.  The covered call pairs are moving at the right anticipated direction ✌️.

$NVIDIA(NVDA)$   My covered call of $235 against this holding expired today without being exercised.  Maximum premium is captured.  Will restart the wheel next week.   It is important to make money in a consistent and steady manner [Miser]  !

$NVIDIA(NVDA)$  Massive share buyback has definitely boosted the share price recently.  My covered call of strike price $240 is expiring today in about 3 hours' time.  Will it be assigned🤔 ?  Let's see.
