I survived in the 2025 volatile markets. I changed my strategy after a big dip in my account... So far so good, given myself a 70 marks. Continue to review and change my strategy to score 80-85 marks for myself..

Very simple: if you are entitled eg. 230 units, you need to pay 230 x 0.96=$220.8.( u can apply partial or full) if you apply excess, on top of your entitlement, eg another 770 units ,  You need to pay total :$960. if allocated ( closed application) partial of the excess, they will return you the balance

$Keppel DC Reit(AJBU.SI)$   Keppel DC REIT announced they received conditional approval from Singapore authorities for a 10-year land tenure lease extension for the Keppel Data Centre Campus at Genting Lane.  The approval triggers a final S$350 million payment from Keppel DC REIT to the joint venture sellers. This payment was part of a larger S$1.38 billion acquisition transaction completed in 2024

$Sembcorp Ind(U96.SI)$   Sembcorp Industries on Friday (Dec 26) announced that it completed its acquisition of Indian solar power company ReNew Sun Bright for S$246 million, through its wholly owned subsidiary Sembcorp Green Infra. Sembcorp’s gross renewable energy capacity installed and under development in India has now climbed to over 7.6 GW.

$Seatrium Ltd(5E2.SI)$   Seatrium resolves US$475 mil contract dispute with Maersk. 🎉🎉 On Monday, Seatrium says it has reached an agreement for Maersk to take delivery of the vessel by Feb 28 2026.  Upon delivery, Maersk will pay the contract balance of US$360 million. Seatrium has already collected 20% of the contract price as down payment.  Both parties have agreed for Maersk to pay part of the contract price (US$250 million) via an interest-bearing credit arrangement extended by Seatrium’s subsidiary, Seatrium (SG) or SGS

$SATS(S58.SI)$   Sats and Vietnam Airlines have signed a landmark strategic partnership agreement in Hanoi on Dec 17 to boost aviation infrastructure and logistics capabilities. Under the new agreement, Sats and Vietnam Airlines will recognise each other as preferred partners for ground handling and cargo services across their networks. Sats will provide enhanced operational support while Vietnam Airlines will also extend partnership benefits in “suitable markets”. Both companies will also explore future collaborations, including developing a new cargo terminal in Vietnam.

$Keppel DC Reit(AJBU.SI)$   Keppel DC Reit bought two Singapore data centres for S$50.5 million from Keppel. The acquisitions will be funded by the Reit’s preferential offering and issuance of units.  Following the completion of the deal, the aggregate leverage of the Reit is expected to improve from 29.8 %to 29.5 %, with debt headroom of around S$944 million. The transactions are expected to occur by the first quarter of 2026. 

$Keppel Reit(K71U.SI)$   Keppel REIT is likely to increase its stake in the Singapore Marina Bay Financial Center Tower 3 in a near US$700 million deal. DBS Group and Hongkong Land currently own 33% stake each in MBFC Tower 3.

I predict 2 more cuts in 2026... Uncertainty and the economy will get worse in 2026 2H... If this really happened, expecting per cut will be 0.5% half yearly in 2026.

$Sembcorp Ind(U96.SI)$   Sembcorp Industries is reportedly near a deal to acquire Alinta Energy, the fourth-largest utility company in Australia. Alinta Energy has a combined maximum capacity of more than 2.8 GW with its four gas-fuelled power stations, a wind farm and also a coal-fired power plant in Australia, and another gas-fuelled plant in New Zealand. It provides gas and electricity to more than 1.1 million homes and businesses in Australia and New Zealand. Alinta Energy is now controlled by Hong Kong's Chow Tai Fook Enterprises

Expecting a rough month for Dec 2025.. We might see Santa Rally as a consolation for all traders.

I will prefer to top up my CPF SA account. Although the amount will be locked till my retirement but my money is 100% safe and guaranteed 4% interests. SRS might be good for tax rebate, but the interest is not enough for me to eat a good seafood meal... Although for SRS, the money can be used for investments, they are not 100% guaranteed with a " win -win situation.

All markets Wii dip 10+-20 % in 2026 with many people losing their jobs and companies earnings drop.

Will monitor for move signals and directions before buying

My best performing stocks: Singtel, Sembcrop and SIA All the 3  return was more than 100%++ except SIA 65%> Enough for me to bring my family to Japan and enjoy our holiday in Dec 2025
