$Keppel Reit(K71U.SI)$   Keppel Reit Q1 distributable income rises 19.7% to S$57.9 m. Net property income +9.7 % year on year to S$59.9 million  No distribution was declared for the quarter as the Reit pays distributions on a half-yearly basis. Based on the total number of units in issue, the estimated distribution per unit for Q1 would be S$0.0127, Aggregate leverage was 40.2%
My prediction:  Tesla to close at USD 378.69 on Apr 23. Economy uncertainty, high energy cost and  Job security will stop people from spending on big tickets. Many people are trying to cut down on spending, for those that can afford, there are more " cheaper EV" choices in the market as compared to Tesla.
$Keppel DC Reit(AJBU.SI)$   Keppel DC Reit posts 13.2% higher Q1 DPU of S$0.02833.  Distributable income for the period stood at S$74.6 million, a 20.7 per cent rise year on year from S$61.8 million. Net property income rose 19.4 per cent to S$105.2 million for Q1, from S$88.1 million the year prior.  Revenue for the period was up 18.4 per cent year on year at S$121 million, from S$102.2 million. Gearing stood at 35.1%
$StarHub(CC3.SI)$   StarHub hands Ensign InfoSecurity control back to Temasek in S$115 million deal, books S$200 million gain. StarHub said the move will “partially monetise” its investment in Ensign Infosecurity while retaining strategic participation, allowing it to redeploy capital towards other strategic and core business investments. StarHub’s stake reverts to its underlying 38.92 per cent, and Ensign InfoSecurity will be reclassified from a subsidiary to an associated company of the telco.  Temasek, through Ensign Technologies, resumes majority control.
$SIA(C6L.SI)$   Air India asks Tata, Singapore Air for funds after US$2.4 bil loss Air India’s controlling shareholder, Tata Group, as well as Singapore Airlines Ltd — which owns 25.1% of the carrier — are in talks to inject some much-needed cash. The size of the infusion is still being discussed but may be less than what the carrier needs, meaning Air India would have to look for other financing.
$Addvalue Tech(A31.SI)$   The Economic Development Innovations Singapore, or EDIS, has ceased to be a substantial shareholder of Addvalue Technologies. EDIS disposed 55 million shares for a total consideration of $5.17 million. This latest transaction saw EDIS stake in Addvalue Technologies down from the previous 6.45% to 4.95%

But I don't really affect much since I don't use food delivery and seldom travel by taxi or grab. There are many ways to cut cost. Change in a habit can save lots of money .
$Olam Group(VC2.SI)$   Olam Group is selling its IT services unit Mindsprint to Wipro for US$375 million, as part of its ongoing re-organisation bid. Upon completion of the sale, Olam will recognise a gain of around US$310.5 million. As part of the deal, Wipro will provide an eight-year service contract to Olam with a "committed annual spend" of US$100 million

$ST Engineering(S63.SI)$   ST Engineering’s marine business has secured a six-year subcontract valued at an estimated S$600 million from Abu Dhabi Ship Building (ADSB), a shipbuilder based in the United Arab Emirates. The contract is for the design and supply of platform systems for a fleet of eight missile gun boats that ADSB is constructing for the Kuwait Naval Force
With or without gold no difference to me. Cash in hand is still the best. Of course, with a lot spare cash, I will buy some gold to keep.... But Cash is always the King. Don't talk about inflation.... when you need cash, having gold doesn't mean someone can fight the inflation, especially when in need of cash for unforeseen circumstances that need a big sum of cash. Having gold may suffer losses at the point of dip...
$CapLand Ascendas REIT(A17U.SI)$   Capland Ascendas is launching a preferential offering to raise S$900 million for the purchase of the following: 1. 25 Loyang Crescent – a cluster of ramp-up logistics and industrial buildings – for S$504.2 million. It has also bought a 2. 50% interest in Ascent, a premium business space property for S$245 million.  3. acquisition of a 49 % interest in a Tier 3 hyperscale data centre in Osaka for S$620.7 million.
$AEM SGD(AWX.SI)$   Taiwan's ASE to invest $12 mil in AEM via via a placement of 3.35 million shares at $3.591 as part of a broader collaboration to jointly capture the fast-growing market for AI and high performance computing, or HPC. As part this deal, ASE will also receive more than 28.11 million free detachable warrants. If fully exercised, the warrants would result in an additional 8.935% of the current issued share capital.

not enough capital isy weakness... if I have big capital, I can quick swing with big profit. With big capital, I can progressively buy a stock even the price keep dropping.
I voted for Both Fireworks and Trading Charging Tumble. Children will be amazed when the design lights up after the cup is filled with cold drinks. As for the Magnetic Tiger Bottle Opener, it is another useful item. Can stick on the fridge make it a cute item on the fridge and we won't miss the item when needed to use.

I don't really worry about it...Why? We still have OPEC+ .If the OPEC+ announced increase in supplies,oil prices will remain high but not as bad as 10 years ago at USD 110 -120..  2nd, how long can Iran confront the West and middle east countries? Iran will face internal political pressure and external pressures.  History tell us the story... If OPEC+ increase supplies, the price will dip as low as 30 per barrel.
