$Broadcom(AVGO)$ NOV20 350C is still actionable. Zone: $335.44 to $340.16 Invalidation: close under $330.80 Objectives: $360, then $380 The math: up 6.6% to the first objective and 12.5% to the second, against 2.1% risk on the invalidation, better than 6 to 1 to the second. Broadcom fell from near $380 early this month to $328.75 last week, held above $330.80 on Tuesday, and closed Wednesday at $337.80, up 1.0%. Sellers pushed hard and the floor stayed put. If that floor keeps holding, the path back toward $360 is ground this stock already covered not long ago. P.S. Watch $341.10 first. That was Tuesday's high, and a close above it would show buyers paying up again.
$NVIDIA(NVDA)$ $Invesco QQQ(QQQ)$ $Micron Technology(MU)$ $Broadcom(AVGO)$ The 10-year bond yield is coming down and crude oil is still up. There's a pullback here that looks like a buying opportunity. I'm watching for lower lows and buying the dip. The bond market is what really needs attention here.
$Amazon.com(AMZN)$ NOV20 270C, still actionable. Zone: $260.50 to $264.20. Invalidation: close under $256. Objectives: $278, then $287. The math: up 6.0% to the first objective and 9.4% to the second, against 2.4% risk on the invalidation, better than 3 to 1 to the second. Think of a heavyweight who took a long rest, then quietly climbed back to the top of his range. That's this swing setup. Amazon jumped about 5% on Monday and held near $262 for two more days instead of giving it back, which means buyers are defending the ground they just took above the 50-day average near $256. Earnings land on October 29, and what that really tests is whether the cloud business can keep growing fast enough to carry all that spending, so holding over $256 i
$Broadcom(AVGO)$ Near-term base case is $351–$360 within 2–3 weeks. The Oct 28–29 earnings wave from MSFT/META/GOOGL is the trigger. A strong AI capex week could see AVGO trade back toward $375–$390 before November. AVGO is the most oversold it has been in months. RSI bottomed at 34.76 on Oct 16 and is now recovering. Price is above the lower Bollinger Band at $327. The high-volume fear days, including 29.8M shares on Oct 16, are behind us. The stock looks like it's stabilizing.
$Amazon.com(AMZN)$ If price clears yesterday's high, the move to 268-273 in the next few days looks likely. There was a solid chance of clearing it today. Yesterday was a theta burn inside day, then stops below that low got run today, along with 260 as a psychological level. You really want to see strength show up now and push price over those highs, otherwise the move might take some time. Below today's low opens up a move back to 250 to retest the lows.
One part of the AI trade that doesn't get enough attention is networking. While everyone focuses on GPUs, the interconnect side quietly becomes the bottleneck. Broadcom's earnings commentary on AI networking demand might end up being more informative than the headline numbers this quarter. $Broadcom(AVGO)$
$Broadcom(AVGO)$ Anthropic's S-1 is expected soon. Infrastructure spend is up 50% to $750B, and Broadcom looks like a top beneficiary. The IPO could come around Friday before Thanksgiving, so 11/20 is my guess. $400 is coming, and it feels close.
$Broadcom(AVGO)$ NOV20 355C still looks actionable. Zone: $337.70 to $342.50 Invalidation: close under $330.80 Objectives: $362, then $380 The math: up 6.4% to the first objective and 11.7% to the second, against 2.7% risk on the invalidation, better than 4 to 1 to the second. Think of this as a good house that took a hard week of weather and is still standing straight. Broadcom has slid for days, yet buyers held the $330.80 low and the price lifted to $340.12 after the close, which means the selling finally met people willing to own it. A close peer in AI servers just guided sales well above what analysts expected, and that matters because it says demand for the gear Broadcom helps build is still hungry. This is a swing setup, plain and simp
$Broadcom(AVGO)$ A lot of the newer bears seem to be missing the point here. META is one of AVGO's customers, and AVGO tends to move higher during their earnings reports. Some people put in the research, while others clearly haven't done enough of it.
$Broadcom(AVGO)$ If AVGO 10k was here, that would have been magnified 50X. No board accepts bearish noise. That's just how it is. It's one of the reasons I stay off other boards unless I'm bullish, or unless I'm going after another bear who posted on our board. I get that it's called trading, but that kind of money never really stays.
$Apple(AAPL)$ I think we'll see some back-and-forth until the earnings report comes out. After that, it either jumps big or drifts lower. I'm betting on a strong quarter. Apple has historically stayed pretty quiet ahead of earnings. Personally, I'd like to see a split so more people can afford to get into a solid product line.
$Amazon.com(AMZN)$ I still use Meta MUSE for tasks and I do like it, but the average everyday user isn't sticking around. Also, I literally have to cut and paste most things now since it's blocked just about everywhere.
$Broadcom(AVGO)$ NOV20 345C, still actionable. Zone: $332.25 to $336.93 Invalidation: close under $328.80 Objectives: $355, then $375 The math works out to a 6.1% move to the first objective and 12.1% to the second, against 1.7% risk at the invalidation level. That's roughly 7 to 1 to the second objective. Broadcom closed at $334.59 after holding $333.82 during the session and staying well above the $328.80 low from last week. Sellers pressed and price did not collapse. To me, that looks like a swing setup: a washed out name holding a real level, with room back toward $355 first if buyers keep showing up. A close under $328.80 would mean that floor gave way. One thing I'm watching: $340.20. That was the high on the latest session, and a close
$Broadcom(AVGO)$ Staying patient here. This could take off at some point in the next 6 weeks, squeeze the bears and reach 400. Fundamentals don't lie. Morningstar rates it five stars, and they handle the research side for the Vanguard funds. When they say it will go up, I'd give that more weight than some random short with 2 contracts.
$Broadcom(AVGO)$ NOV20 345C, still actionable. Zone: $332.25 to $336.93 Invalidation: close under $324.52 Objectives: $348.16, then $361.86 The math works out to 4.1% upside to the first objective and 8.2% to the second, against 3.0% risk at the invalidation level. That's better than 2 to 1 to the second target. Think of this swing setup like a house that slid down a hill a bit, then found flat ground. Broadcom dropped more than 7 percent in five days, then held the $333.82 low and closed at $334.59, up 1.8 percent. Buyers stepped in right around $334, where an old gap and a deep retracement sit close together, so the floor isn't a guess. It's an area people defended before. If that floor breaks on a close unde
$Broadcom(AVGO)$ The biggest issue here is the lack of catalysts from Broadcom. The last news was back on Oct 13 for VMware HyperArmor, and nothing since. Hard to see how investors regain trust after the CEO himself said we are gambling.
$Broadcom(AVGO)$ I'm long and bullish. I'll wait it out either way. Still waiting... almost there. I'd rather not see it, but if it drops, I'll take them. I'm more than ready to put in a few hundred K, possibly more than once, if the next dip comes and we see a drop of around $30-40. Just saying.
