Premarket Movers | Bloom Energy Rises on Pelosi Buy; Nebius, NetEase Gain on Goldman Calls; Moderna Rallies

Bloom Energy shares gained 5.3% in premarket trading. The filing, signed by Pelosi on Aug. 21, showed purchases of 15,000 shares of Bloom Energy and 200 call options. The energy stock has emerged as a beneficiary of the AI-driven surge in demand for power.

Nebius shares rose 3.5% in premarket trading after Goldman Sachs raised target price. Goldman Sachs raised its price target for Nebius to $328 from $286 and maintained a Buy rating.

Moderna rose 2.8% in pre-market trading. The stock remains in a volatile price discovery phase following the historic 177% single-day surge triggered by its mRNA cancer vaccine Phase III trial success.

NetEase shares rose 2.7% in premarket trading. Goldman Sachs analyst Lincoln Kong maintained a Buy rating on NetEase and set a price target of $168.
