道琼斯指数开盘下跌183.54点，跌幅0.41%，报44240.71点。
受DeepSeek的“直接打击”，芯片股集体低开。迈威尔科技跌超14%，英伟达跌13%，市值蒸发4650亿美元，台积电跌超10%，阿斯麦跌超7%，AMD跌约5%。分析师认为：“中国的DeepSeek可能代表了对美国股市最大的威胁，因为该公司似乎以极低的价格建立了一个突破性的人工智能模型，而无需依赖最先进的芯片。 ”
大型科技股走低，微软跌超4%，谷歌母公司Alphabet、亚马逊、Meta、特斯拉跌超3%。
电力股大跌，Vistra跌21%、Constellation Energy、Ge Vernova跌17%，NRG能源跌13%。
中概股普逆势上涨，微美全息涨约39%，达达涨29%，金山云涨11%，理想、百度、B站至多涨约2.9%，富时中国3倍做多ETF（YINN）涨2.6%。
