凤凰网科技讯 北京时间9月8日消息，在工信部副部长辛国斌发言拉动下，星期二早盘蔚来股价一度摸高41.86美元，截至收盘上涨0.22美元，涨幅为0.54%，报收于40.59美元。只是，公布增发20亿美元美国存托股后，蔚来股价跌幅一度超过3%。
蔚来向美国证券交易委员会提交招股说明书，计划按市价增发价值至多20亿美元美国存托股。根据40.59美元的收盘价计算，蔚来将增发至多约5000万股美国存托股。蔚来称增发股票募集的资金将用于一般企业用途和强化资产负债表。
继数个月前以每股17美元的价格出售8850万股股票后，蔚来去年末以39美元的价格出售6800万股股票，融资26.5亿美元。由于投资者兴趣高涨，除蔚来外，特斯拉、小鹏汽车和理想汽车等电动汽车厂商也纷纷增发融资。
