总台记者当地时间7月1日自伊朗方面获悉，伊朗副外长加里巴巴迪率伊朗外交部、央行等部门代表团访问卡塔尔，当天上午在多哈与卡塔尔首相兼外交大臣穆罕默德举行会晤，讨论落实美伊谅解备忘录等议题，包括在黎巴嫩实施停火等问题上“消除现有障碍”。
消息称，在加里巴巴迪与穆罕默德会晤后，伊朗、卡塔尔和巴基斯坦代表于多哈举行了三方会谈，以审查美伊谅解备忘录的执行情况。
加里巴巴迪在会后表示，伊朗方面已经成立负责跟进美伊谅解备忘录执行情况并就最终协议进行谈判的工作组，但尚未正式就此展开谈判。伊朗正在通过调解人继续磋商，以确定其工作组开展谈判的时间和地点，“如果必要条件得到满足，工作组将正式展开谈判”。（总台记者 米春泽）
