AST SpaceMobile Q2营收大增26倍，上调全年收入指引，在手订单增至13亿美元

卫星通信公司 AST SpaceMobile, Inc.公布2026年第二季度业绩。受美国政府项目交付及地面网关设备收入带动，公司营收实现大幅增长，并上调全年收入指引。不过，由于持续加大卫星网络建设投入，亏损进一步扩大，业绩公布后股价盘后走低约4%。
财报显示，公司第二季度实现营收3150万美元，较去年同期的116万美元增长逾26倍，但略低于市场预期的3450万美元。本季度收入主要来自地面网关设备交付，以及美国政府合同相关里程碑付款。
盈利方面，公司第二季度净亏损2.31亿美元，合每股亏损0.77美元，上年同期亏损9940万美元，每股亏损0.41美元。随着卫星网络持续建设，第二季度运营费用增至3.29亿美元，较上一季度明显增加，其中包括约1.26亿美元的一次性非现金项目。
展望未来，AST SpaceMobile将2026年全年营收指引上调至1.5亿至2亿美元，高于市场此前约1.56亿美元的预期。公司表示，随着商业客户及政府项目持续推进，全年收入有望继续增长。
截至第二季度末，公司在手订单（Backlog）已增至约13亿美元，涵盖商业运营商及美国政府合同，其中包括超过1.25亿美元的国家安全相关项目订单，为未来数年的收入提供支撑。
运营方面，公司目前已累计发射13颗BlueBird卫星，第二季度成功完成3颗低轨卫星发射，并计划在2026年启动与全球移动通信运营商合作的Beta商用服务。目前，公司已与全球超过60家移动运营商建立合作关系，覆盖超过30亿移动用户，持续推进普通智能手机直连卫星网络的商业化落地。
