The PAP also took Punggol GRC, which is led by Deputy Prime Minister Gan Kim Yong, as well as West Coast-Jurong West GRC, which saw the closest fight in the last election.The Workers' Party (WP) retained Aljunied GRC, Sengkang GRC and Hougang SMC. In the next parliament, 87 electoral seats will be filled by the PAP and 10 by the WP.  Looking at the nationwide vote share, the PAP won 65.57 per cent, up from its previous result of 61.24 per cent in GE2020.  The WP clinched a vote share of 14.99 per cent.Speaking in Malay at a press conference in the early hours of Sunday, Prime Minister Lawrence Wong said he is humbled by the GE2025 result.He said it is a clear mandate to the PAP to continue governing. Mr Wong said his team will continue to work hard to improve the lives of all Singaporeans and secure a brighter future.","news_type":1,"symbols_score_info":{}},"isVote":1,"likeStatus":false,"favoriteStatus":false,"reportStatus":false,"tweetType":1,"langContent":"EN"}],"hasMoreComments":true,"newsSizeData":{"likeSize":18,"commentSize":2,"repostSize":1,"favoriteSize":0,"likeStatus":false,"favoriteStatus":false},"isCrawlerRequest":true}
