Keppel Extends Long-Stop Date for Planned M1 Divestment

Keppel Ltd announced on Mar, 26 2026 that the parties to the sale and purchase agreement for its proposed divestment of M1 Limited have mutually agreed to extend the deal’s long-stop date to May, 21 2026.
The extension allows additional time for Singapore’s Infocomm Media Development Authority to complete its review of the consolidation application submitted by M1, prospective buyer Simba Telecom Pte. Ltd. and other parties on Sep, 26 2025.
Keppel said M1 and Simba Telecom are continuing to make further submissions to the regulator and will update shareholders when there are material developments.
The company advised investors to exercise caution when dealing in its securities.
