Cloudflare二季度业绩强劲，上调全年业绩指引，AI代理需求推动云安全业务增长

云服务及网络安全公司 Cloudflare, Inc.公布二季度业绩强劲，上调全年营收预期，此预期高于华尔街此前预测。受AI代理（AI agents）快速发展推动网络流量增长，公司股价盘后上涨16%。
随着企业加速部署和扩展AI代理，越来越多客户依赖Cloudflare的网络基础设施，以安全地传输流量并运行相关AI工具，推动公司云服务及网络安全产品需求增长。
财务数据显示，Cloudflare第二季度营收为6.961亿美元，高于分析师预期的6.655亿美元；调整后每股收益为0.29美元，高于市场预期的0.27美元。
公司将全年营收预期上调至28.6亿至28.7亿美元，此前预测为28.05亿至28.13亿美元，高于分析师平均预期的28.1亿美元。
同时，Cloudflare将全年调整后每股收益指引从此前的1.19至1.20美元上调至1.25至1.26美元。
展望第三季度，公司预计营收将在7.36亿至7.37亿美元之间，高于市场预期的7.221亿美元。
Cloudflare表示，AI浪潮正在改变企业对网络基础设施的需求，随着AI代理被更多企业用于自动化任务和业务流程，公司有望持续受益于流量增长和安全需求提升。
今年5月，Cloudflare宣布裁员约1100人，占员工总数约20%，作为利用AI提升运营效率和推动组织调整的一部分。
