据新华社消息，伊朗最高国家安全委员会8日发表声明，公布通过巴基斯坦向美国方面提交的10项停战条款主要内容。伊朗媒体随后披露全部10项条款，但内容不完全一致。
据伊朗伊斯兰共和国广播电视台报道，10项条款分别是：
1、美国原则上应保证不侵犯伊朗；
2、制定霍尔木兹海峡安全通行协议，确保伊朗的主导地位；
3、接受伊朗铀浓缩活动；
4、解除所有对伊一级制裁；
5、解除所有对伊次级制裁；
6、撤销联合国安理会相关决议；
7、撤销国际原子能机构相关决议；
8、向伊朗支付赔偿金；
9、美国从中东地区撤出作战部队；
10、停止对黎巴嫩等所有战线的战争。
除以上内容外，伊朗法尔斯通讯社援引消息人士的话报道说，伊方提出的条款还包括：依据安全通行协议，伊朗每日允许有限船只在伊朗监管下通过霍尔木兹海峡，为期两周；伊朗承诺不制造核武器；伊朗同意在符合自身国家利益前提下，与地区各国就双边及多边和平条约进行谈判；各方须保证不得侵犯伊朗的盟友。
另据美联社报道，按照伊朗方面提出的停战条款，伊朗和阿曼将对通过霍尔木兹海峡的船只收取费用。
