CSE Global Limited has obtained a contract valued at 64.3 million Singapore dollars to design and manufacture power distribution centres (PDCs) and integrate related electrical and control systems for the Cheyenne Power Hub project in the United States.
The scope covers supply of PDCs that will support power distribution to an adjacent data centre. Project execution is scheduled progressively across 2026 and 2027.
CSE Global said the contract is expected to contribute positively to its financial performance for the fiscal years ending Dec 31 2026 and Dec 31 2027, though it does not anticipate a material impact on net tangible assets per share or earnings per share for the current year.
No directors or substantial shareholders of the company have any direct or indirect interest in the contract.
