广告技术公司 Trade Desk（TTD.N）公布第二季度业绩后，因营收低于市场预期，股价盘后大跌24%。
财报显示，公司第二季度调整后每股收益为34美分，高于分析师预期的18美分；但季度营收仅为7.15亿美元，同比增长3%，低于市场预期的7.526亿美元。
Trade Desk首席执行官Jeff Green表示，本季度表现未达到公司的预期标准，但公司仍相信未来的发展方向正确，并将采取措施提升执行效率、升级平台能力以及优化业务重点。
盈利方面，公司第二季度调整后息税折旧摊销前利润（EBITDA）为2.41亿美元，低于去年同期的2.71亿美元。
展望第三季度，Trade Desk预计营收至少达到6.5亿美元，明显低于市场预期的8.065亿美元；预计调整后EBITDA为1.6亿美元。
Evercore ISI分析师Mark Mahaney表示，如此大幅度的业绩缺口，即使考虑到大型广告集团冲突缓解以及政治广告需求增长等利好因素，仍可能反映出公司面临广告抽成率调整或市场份额流失压力。
分析师还指出，AI对开放互联网广告生态的影响，也可能成为Trade Desk增长放缓的因素之一。
