知情人士表示，线上快时尚零售商Shein计划于8月28日在香港证券市场挂牌上市，这将结束其先后寻求在纽约和伦敦上市、最终转向亚洲金融中心香港的上市历程。
路透社周二援引知情人士报道称，Shein计划最早于下周三启动首次公开募股（IPO）。
此次IPO正值投资者对Shein预计300亿至400亿美元估值产生疑问之际。相比之下，该公司的估值在2022年一度接近1000亿美元。目前，Shein面临增长放缓、成本上升以及市场环境变化等挑战。
Shein尚未立即回应路透社有关其计划上市时间表的置评请求。上述知情人士因未获授权向媒体透露相关信息，因此拒绝透露姓名。彭博社率先报道了这一消息。
在美国取消针对小额包裹的进口关税豁免政策后，Shein季度业绩由盈利转为亏损9900万美元。此外，由于会计政策发生变化，公司还确认了一笔3.28亿美元的公允价值损失，该损失与可转换可赎回优先股有关。
