AMD(AMD.US) received an "Overweight" rating with a target price of $110. After speaking with AMD management, the analyst expressed confidence in the company's drivers of performance growth and its positioning in the market competition.
The analyst stated that he is optimistic about AMD's development in the areas of corporate servers, personal computers, and laptops. Although the stock has underperformed the semiconductor industry index by about 18% this year, "we don't think the current level is the stock's ultimate performance," Kumar said.
