　　根据DigiTimes消息，苹果正在考虑使用钛合金制作iPad外壳，取代目前iPad上的铝合金外壳。上个月，有传言称 2022 款 iPhone 也会采用钛合金材料。

　　最近，苹果申请了许多与钛合金外壳相关的专利，未来可能使用钛合金的设备包括MacBook 、iPad 和 iPhone。与不锈钢相比，钛合金的硬度更高，更抗刮划。

　　然而，钛金属的强度也使其难以蚀刻，因此，苹果已经开发出一种喷砂、蚀刻和化学工艺，可以使钛金属外壳具有高光泽的表面处理，使其外观更有吸引力。苹果也一直在研究使用薄的氧化物表面涂层，应对沾染指纹的问题。

　　事实上，之前就有消息称，苹果已经开始准备下一代iPhone，而这款机型会在2022年发布，其中一个亮点是机身材质是钛合金。

　　不过有行业人士表示，苹果一贯的做法是，激进的升级都会先在iPad上试水，然后没问题才会挪到iPhone上，所以这个规则不会轻易改变。
