智通财经APP讯，恒大汽车(00708)公布，“恒驰5”正在量产，并已交付共324辆“恒驰5”给客户。
另外，为了节省成本，集团正进行一系列的减省成本措施，包括减少整体员工数目、安排部分员工停工休息、部分员工减薪等。集团将继续以最大力度为“恒驰5”量产创造有利条件。
公司全资附属恒大恒驰新能源汽车控股(香港)有限公司接获代表某债权人行事的律师根据香港法例第32章公司(清盘及杂项条文)条例发出的法定要求偿债书，要求附属公司支付总额468.452万欧元，声称有关附属公司与债权人所订立清偿协议到期应付的未偿还债务。法定要求偿债书要求附属公司于法定要求偿债书送达日期起三周内(即2023年1月5日或之前)偿还债务，否则债权人或会针对附属公司提出清盘呈请。
