有媒体报道称，Arm正在取消其与高通之间的芯片设计许可协议。该许可协议允许高通基于Arm的标准设计自己的芯片，而现在，Arm已向高通发出60天的通知，将正式终止这一许可。高通新闻发言人回应称，“这是Arm的一贯做法——更多毫无根据的威胁，旨在强行压迫长期合作伙伴，干扰我们性能领先的CPU产品，并无视双方架构许可协议已经涵盖的广泛权利来提高许可费率。”该发言人还表示，“在12月即将到来的法庭审理之前，Arm采取这种出于绝望的伎俩，似乎是试图干扰法律程序，其终止许可协议的诉求毫无依据。我们有信心，高通与Arm协议中涵盖的权利将得到法院的确认。Arm的反竞争行为将不会被容忍。”
