路透纽约5月16日 - 美国公债收益率在周五大部分时间下跌后于尾盘上涨，之前评级机构穆迪将美国政府评级从 AAA 下调至 AA1，称其财政表现可能恶化。
评级被下调后，美国两年期公债收益率 US2YT=RR加速上涨，周五尾盘上涨 2 个基点，至 3.993%。盘中一度攀升至 4.012% 的高点。
指标10年期美债收益率 US10YT=RR扭转了早前的跌势，高见4.499%。
穆迪周五将美国的信用评级从“Aaa”下调至“Aa1”，理由是美国的债务和利息不断上升，“明显高于同评级的主权国家”。
Minschler Financial 董事总经理Tom di Galoma 表示，穆迪的举动令人意外。
“我认为这凸显了美国国会预算谈判中存在的问题，特朗普的减税议案今天未能在众议院预算委员会获得通过，”他补充道。
尽管美国总统特朗普呼吁共和党团结，但该议案周五仍未能在众议院预算委员会获得通过。（完）
