US STOCKS SNAPSHOT-Wall St opens lower as Israel-Iran conflict hits risk appetite

June 13 (Reuters) - Wall Street's main indexes opened lower on Friday after Israel's deadly strike on Iranian nuclear facilities inflamed tensions in the oil-rich Middle East and battered risk sentiment across global markets.

The Dow Jones Industrial Average .DJI fell 388.1 points, or 0.90%, at the open to 42,579.48. The S&P 500 .SPX fell 44.7 points, or 0.74%, at the open to 6,000.56​, while the Nasdaq Composite .IXIC dropped 211.6 points, or 1.08%, to 19,450.925 at the opening bell.
