Parkway Life REIT's (SGX:C2PU) distribution per unit or DPU jumped 3.5% in H2, 2025 to SG$0.0764 from SG$0.0738 a year earlier, according to a Monday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
Shares of the REIT were up under 1% in Tuesday trading.
Distributable income to unitholders rose by 8.8% to SG$49.9 million from SG$45.8 million in the year-ago period.
Net property income was up 7.9% to SG$73.6 million from SG$68.2 million a year earlier.
Gross revenue climbed 7.1% year over year to SG$78.0 million from SG$72.8 million, backed by portfolio expansion and organic rental growth.
As at Dec. 31, 2025, the REIT owns 74 properties across Singapore, Japan and France, with a weighted average lease expiry of around 14.5 years by gross revenue.
