ChainCatcher 消息，比特币矿企 MARA 在 X 平台发文宣布将回购 10 亿美元可转换高级债券，其中 2030 年票据和 2031 年票据的回购预计分别于 2026 年 3 月 30 日和 3 月 31 日完成，具体取决于满足惯常的交割条件，票据回购交易预计将通过现金储蓄为公司带来约 8810 万美元的价值。
MARA 还宣布，该公司在 2026 年 3 月 4 日至 3 月 25 日期间已售出 15,133 个比特币，总成交价约为 11 亿美元，预计将比特币销售所得资金用于票据回购交易，其余资金用于一般企业用途。
