United Overseas Australia's (SGX:EH5, ASX:UOS) chairman and managing director, Chong Soon Kong, passed away on May 27, according to a Thursday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
Kong was also the co-founder of the dual-listed property development firm.
Following his passing, Pak Lim Kong was named as the company's interim chairman and managing director, the filing said.
