Thakral (SGX:AWI) is expecting to report a net loss during the first quarter of the year, according to a Thursday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
Shares of the property developer were down nearly 1% in Friday trading.
The company has attributed this to net fair valuation loss on investments in GemLife and The Beauty Tech Group.
