SK海力士美国存托凭证（ADR）上市才三天，相对于该公司韩国上市股票的溢价就飙升至逾50%。
这些ADR周二上涨27%，不仅收复了前日下跌9.3%的失地，而且还多出了一大截。数据显示，这使得它们相对于首尔市场普通股的溢价高达51%，远高于上周265亿美元ADR发行定价时的溢价幅度3%。
根据提交给美国证券交易委员会的文件，每份SK海力士ADR相当于十分之一的普通股。由于普通股换成ADR有限制，所以这些ADR之前就料将产生溢价。
而SK海力士ADR的期权也是周二开始在美国期权交易所交易，这让全球最大衍生品市场的投资者更容易押注这一股价动荡的韩国存储芯片制造商了。
