7月30日晚，宇树科技在首次公开发行股票并在科创板上市招股意向书披露，公司高级管理人员与核心员工拟通过资产管理计划参与本次发行战略配售，分别为宇树科技员工1号资管计划和宇树科技员工2号资管计划，参与战略配售的数量不超过本次发行规模的10%，即404.4643万股；同时参与认购金额合计不超过27,150万元，最终战略配售数量将在确定发行价格后确定。
其中，宇树科技员工1号资管计划募集资金全部用于参与本次战略配售，即用于支付本次战略配售的价款为21,850万元。员工2号资管计划募集资金全部用于参与本次战略配售，即用于支付本次战略配售的价款为5,300万元。名单显示，宇树科技员工1号资管计划参与人员包括财务总监王枫等161人，宇树科技员工2号资管计划参与人员包括董事长王兴兴等10人，其中王兴兴认购金额1500万元。
