新兴市场股市周五创近二十年来最大涨幅，结束了动荡的一周，收窄月度跌幅。韩国基准股指创纪录飙升。
MSCI新兴市场指数周五上涨6.6%，创2008年以来最佳单日表现，7月跌幅收窄至3.3%。韩国KOSPI综指周五大涨18%。
Lombard Odier Investment Managers宏观主管Florian Ielpo表示：
“经过数周回调后，亚洲科技股仓位已得到部分出清，因此目前看来，这轮反弹更像是空头回补，而非其他因素所致。”
高盛策略师Sunil Koul等人表示，周五的反弹符合他们对人工智能基础设施部分领域的偏正面看法，这些领域的利润仍保持强劲增长。不过，他们警告称，波动可能持续：
“因为杠杆头寸虽已从高位回落，但尚未完全出清”。
