Trump: Lee Rudofsky nominated for Eighth Circuit

President Donald Trump announced on August 12 the nomination of Lee Rudofsky to the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit. Rudofsky currently serves as a distinguished Federal District Court Judge in Arkansas. He previously served as Solicitor General of Arkansas and Assistant General Counsel of Walmart.
Rudofsky is a graduate of Harvard Law School and Cornell University. In his announcement, Trump stated that Rudofsky "will be a rock solid defender of the Constitution on the Eighth Circuit." The nomination is subject to Senate confirmation.
