Nuwellis (NUWE) filed Tuesday to offer and resell up to 1.31 million common shares underlying warrants issued in an Aug. 3 private placement, along with 39,327 shares underlying placement-agent warrants.
If exercised for cash, the warrants would generate about $3.6 million in proceeds, which the company plans to use for working capital and general corporate purposes.
