UltraGreen.ai (SGX:ULG) said there has been no material change to its business or outlook following US regulatory approvals for Zydus Lifesciences and Provepharm, which were highlighted in a Business Times article, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange.
The company said Thursday that FDA approval does not necessarily result in commercial launches, market adoption, or market penetration, while assumptions about competitors' manufacturing costs and future pricing were based on third-party analysts' views.
UltraGreen.ai maintained its FY2026 revenue guidance of $175 million to $185 million, with second-half revenue expected to exceed first-half revenue.
Shares of the healthcare services company plunged 29% in recent trade.
