Keppel REIT Raises SG$200 Million From Bond Sale

Keppel REIT (SGX:K71U) has raised SG$200 million through the issuance of 2.60% notes due in 2033 by Keppel REIT MTN, a wholly owned subsidiary of the company's trustee, HSBC Institutional Trust Services, according to a Monday filing to the Singapore Exchange.
The notes were issued under the real estate company's SG$2 billion multicurrency debt issuance program.
United Overseas Bank (SGX:U11) was the sole lead manager and bookrunner for the offering of the Series 011 bonds.
