President Donald Trump on August 17 issued a full endorsement of Jennifer Balkcom, a state representative and small business owner, for North Carolina's 11th Congressional District, calling her an "America First Patriot."

In a statement on X, Trump praised Balkcom's dedication to the community and contrasted her with her opponent, Jamie Agar, whom he described as a "Radical Left Democrat" opposed to no-tax-on-tips, no-tax-on-overtime, and no-tax-on-Social-Security policies. Trump accused Agar of supporting "massive tax increases, open borders, men playing in women's sports, and transgender mutilation of your children," calling him "Reckless, Radical, and Dangerous!"

Trump outlined Balkcom's platform: growing the economy, championing farmers and ranchers, cutting taxes and regulations, unleashing American energy dominance, promoting Made in the U.S.A., strengthening the military and veterans, securing the border, safeguarding elections, and protecting the Second Amendment.
