该股盘后下跌超5%。周四期权交易活动显示，投资者此前预期在英伟达（NVDA）重磅财报后，该股将出现大幅波动。今年该股累计上涨184%。
Marvell同时上调了全年业绩指引。“AI相关订单仍然异常强劲，我们预计在2027财年剩余时间内营收增长将进一步加速，”CEO表示。
第三季度，Marvell预计调整后每股收益为1.10美元（±0.05美元），营收为31.5亿美元。两项数据均高于华尔街预期的调整后每股收益1.08美元和营收30.3亿美元。
