智通财经APP获悉，梅卡曼德机器人(09615) 8月24日起至27日招股。截至8月27日早上11时，梅卡曼德机器人公开发售部分录得3472.2亿港元孖展认购，以公开集资额1.2亿港元计，超额认购2949.8倍。另据市场消息透露，其公开发售部分接获25.4万人认购，超购3843倍，涉及4567亿港元。
梅卡曼德机器人计划发行2314.1万股H股，5%于香港作公开发售，招股价介乎95.3元至101.7港元，集资最多23.5亿港元，每手30股，一手入场费3081.8港元。梅卡曼德机器人预期将于9月1日挂牌买卖，中信建投国际、中信证券为联席保荐人。
据招股书披露，梅卡曼德是一家智能机器人组件供应商，公司的产品已部署于终端客户生产及运营流程所使用的设备中，主要服务来自汽车、新能源、消费电子、物流、教育及通用制造行业的终端客户。
财务方面，于2023年度、2024年度、2025年度、2026年截至3月31日止三个月，公司实现收入总额分别约人民币1.808亿元、2.688亿元、3.888亿元、1.069亿元;同期，录得期内亏损分别约人民币4.010亿元、2.833亿元、3.602亿元、0.568亿元。
